Great location for getting around. Rooms are cozy and fancy, complete with a relaxing jacuzzi tub and a cool bar area. 🛁

This hotel is nice, has OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING employees from the receptionists who allowed us to check in early to the lovely Darlene in the Sports Bar. The restaurant here was excellent for dinner, we both ordered hot dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was large.

Very positive stay, as always. Everything was great - central location and good service. Spotless rooms with a jacuzzi tub, food fabulous. Excellant staff on reception and elsewhere.

The whole room was extremely spacious. the location was marvelous, next to a railway line. - It was really close to all the great pubs, shopping, restaurants, and farmers market.

Very nice staff. Pool area was nice. Sand in hot tub but that happens. Nice color in rooms. Hard to get temperature in room right. We goofed and hit do not disturb button on way out so our room wasn't cleaned but when I called down for atleast towels they did that and coffee! Very nice place.

Convenient location close to restaurants and businesses, providing a peaceful stay near the town centre. Comfortable beds in each unit for a good night's sleep. A variety of breakfast options available for a hearty morning meal 🍳.

Excellent infrastructure conveniently located in Cranbrook at the doors of the Rocky Mountains. The hotel is very clean and the modern rooms very spaceful. We had an excellent dinner in the in-house restaurant and a small breakfast in the local coffee. Great swimming pool and hot-pot if you need to relax! I can higly recommend the hotel if you land at the nearby airport or are passing-by heading into the mountains.

Close to the railway, but no noise thanks to the double glassed windows. We slept very well!

Had such wonderful stay for our son's wedding with hard-working staff and handy location next to a railway line. The breakfast was great and included. We really enjoyed being there and would love to go back...

We recently stayed at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Cranbrook, Worldhotels Crafted for a few days and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were always super clean. We appreciated the high-quality bath products and the comfortable beds. The hotel had excellent wifi and a convenient coffee shop for morning snacks. The location was ideal for exploring downtown, Ft. Steele, and the nearby lake.

The room was clean, the staff friendly and the bed very comfortable. We were able to sleep late (11:30 am) and still get the room made up.

the venue's position was central. i ate at a good restaurant with great choices and more than decent ambiance.

Had a really good time overall, especially because we were here for our son's wedding. the spot was just right, super close to Copper Point Golf Club, which was perfect for getting around easily 🏌️‍♂️.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the town center within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the area and found some cozy pubs and an Indian restaurant nearby.

The transportation to and from the airport was problematic, as the shuttle left without me and I had to call for an expensive taxi. It would have been helpful if the hotel offered airport transportation at a reasonable cost.
